Fatouma Camara ("Camara") petitions for review of a decision by the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA" or "the Board") denying her application for asylum under the Immigration and Nationality Act ("INA" or "the Act"), 8 U.S.C. § 1101 et seq. Because substantial evidence does not support the BIAs conclusion that Camara did not suffer past persecution -- and hence does not have a well-founded fear of future persecution -- we will remand.
